Luke's Auto Repair - Grandview

Five stars are not enough to rate the professional, attentive, and empathetic service I received here. Luke's provided a loaner car for me to use while my vehicle was being serviced, which was incredibly helpful. The free snacks were also a big plus! I joked with the owner that I’d have to come back just to eat dinner with them, and he warmly replied that I was welcome anytime. Many thanks to the team for truly listening to my concerns and thoroughly testing my "baby" to discover the exact problem. Highly recommended! MG

I came to Luke's because my tire popped as I was running some errands and it was losing air quickly. Needless to say, as a broke college graduate, I was PANICKING! However, Josh calmed me down and gave me some great options for my car and I left with my spare tire put on for FREE. The waiting room is nice, cold, relaxing, and stocked up with lots of snacks. Everyone there, even if they weren't helping me directly, was super personable and friendly. As I was there, they even offered another customer a complimentary Uber ride home since they brought in a car with brakes that weren't fully functional. You can tell that everyone at Luke's goes above and beyond for every customer. Amazing service!!! Thank you so much Luke's!!!

Ladies! If you're just done with leaving your current auto shop knowing that you've been massively ripped off, wondering if the needed repairs were actually made, and worrying that the mechanic has done something to your car to ensure you'll be back in a couple months, then Luke's is the place for you and Josh Seedle is the man you want to see! I took my car to Luke's for a second opinion after yet another infuriating trip to Ricart. Josh was so great - he let me just unload on him about how fed up I was and then he said "Don't worry, Diana, you have a new mechanic now," and I just felt such relief. I could tell I could trust this man and I knew I was dealing with a reputable shop. The whole experience was completely different from what I had experienced so many times before at the Buick dealership. Josh gave me a free rental car and sent me videos the next day showing the diagnostics they had done on my car. He told me what needed to be done (and I actually believed him) and the estimate he gave me was staggeringly lower than what Ricart had quoted. Just as an example, Ricart quoted me $237.97 to replace the cabin filter; Luke's charged me $64.95. It's now been a month si

My vehicle is practically a member of my family. Luke's Grandview treated me and him like family. Excellent and timely service and really good bunch of folks. If you have an older vehicle just taking it in to get the comprehensive diagnostics report is well worth the time and money. Happy to say I've found a new Dr for my vehicle.
